Hi I’m working on putting together a dessert table siimilar to yours, I absolutely love it. I wanted to know in your U Pixie Sticks container, how many straw letters did you use in your jar, and is there any candy at the bottom of the straws or are you just displaying the school letters?
Hi Debra, thanks for visiting! I’m not sure how many pixie sticks were used…looks like about 10 or so. You can add candy or paper shred to your container, or just leave it empty – either way looks great!
HI just wondering if you would please tell me how these are made meaning the Us and did you staple them on to the pixi stix do you know what size you used and where you bought the pixi stix. thanks so much
Hi Hailey, the U’s were cut with a Cricut machine, but you could re-create them by printing out a letter on paper from your printer and then tracing the letter onto cardstock & cutting out. I’m not sure if they were stapled, but I’m sure you could staple them, or use hot glue or even possibly a large glue dot. The large pixi stix were purchased at our local party supply store, Zurchers. I’ve also seen them at Winco if you have one of those near you.
