If you like to get together with friends and family to watch the big game, you will probably be serving (or asked to bring) appetizers and snacks, so I thought I’d share some yummy Superbowl party food ideas that are guaranteed to be winners, no matter the outcome of the game.

Although my boys’ teams didn’t make it this year (boo!), we still like to watch a good football game with family and friends! I have some ideas for how to decorate, what to serve or bring to your football party along with some fun, free football printables too (you know how I love those printables)!
Decorate your party table with some green butcher paper, tape and white number stickers to resemble a football field (via Martha Stewart).
Or use carpet grass and duct tape from the home improvement store (instructions at Chica and Jo).
Pennant banners will dress up your party area. This superbowl party printable set from Wants and Wishes Design has lots of fun ideas!
As we all know, most of the party is centered around the television screen or standing around mingling with friends, so bite-size snacks and finger foods would work best. Below are some yummy recipes that you could try! (Click on the link to take you to the recipe).
Sausage & Pepperoni Pizza Puffs from Plain Chicken
Perfect Guacamole from gimme some oven!
Cheesy, Beefy Nachos from Cheese and Chocolate
Cookie Dough dip from add a pinch
Caramel Cheesecake Apple Dip from Half Baked Baker
Double Chocolate Football Cupcakes from The Baker Chick
And finally some free printables to dress up your party food area:
These football party printables created by Little Sprout Creations and featured on Hostess With the Mostess includes Beverage Labels, Cupcake Toppers, Pretzel Bags, Popcorn Boxes, and Snack Baskets (love these!). Click HERE to download all of the printables.
Anders Ruff created these fun football tags and touchdown flags.
Kim at The Celebration Shoppe designed some cute wrappers, pennant flags and large papers.
Fresh Chick Design Studio created football field cupcake wrappers – download HERE.
Superbowl banners from Peonies and Poppyseeds
Blue & white printables from Living Locurto – love the “I’m here for the commercials” flags!
Some really cool graphics on these printables from Modern Moments Design
Or you can create your own cupcake wrappers using black and white striped scrapbook paper, as Lisa Storms at Fiskars shows you.
And lastly, I just HAD to share this Pittsburgh Steelers dessert table display created by the amazing Bakerella. Not only because the Steelers are my husband’s favorite team, but because it’s my favorite football desserts table display. Check out all the details and pics HERE.
I hope you are able to use some of these ideas for your Superbowl party! Who are you cheering for…the Giants or the Patriots???
