]]>?The cake mix came out really too soft to roll into something i could cut cookies out of so its in the refrigerator until morning when i will roll it out an cut it and bake, I sure hope they turn out as good as to picture looks.
]]>I use my Kitchenaid mixer because the dough is pretty stiff, so it’s a little harder to mix by hand.
]]>I place them on a cookie sheet with a scoop and then flatten them with the bottom of a smooth glass or something similar so the cookies are all the same size.
